Inmate Logging Option
You can bring the comprehensive capabilities of the Security Tracks system to
the inmate level with our optional Inmate Logging Module.
As inmates are received and processed, a record is created for them in the
Security Tracks system and they are assigned an inmate number and are given a
cell assignment. Various means are provided for the inmate to retain this
number... the most common being a wrist band.
With the addition of our Inmate Logging Module, Security Tracks now knows the
total population of your facility and who is supposed to be in which cell.
Head counts are quick and accurate and catch any cell swapping that might be
attempted and the system triggers an immediate alert whenever any inmate is
missing.
Notation of medication and meal delivery, exercise, visitation and any other
specifics can be logged for each individual inmate quickly, easily and
accurately.
In addition, the Inmate Logging module can provide a complete inmate management
tool including the tracking of significant dates such as court appointments or
release dates and calculation of charges and time served.
